To make sure your mask fits you just right, measure your face in two places:

It's also like a neurofunctional assessment, and you may learn quirks about your eyes and trigeminal or vagus nerve as a side note. You will also get homework of specific movements and exercises that will keep doing the magic for you between our visits.

Communication with the non-verbal species helped me listen to the nervous system through the tissues. I bet you know what I mean when I say that language can sometimes get in the way of getting to the information we are actually looking for. So yay for also being a trainer and behavior consultant for dogs : )
