Manual Therapy &
 NeuroSomatic Education

Dedicated to making you feel comfortable in your body

Therapy for both brain and body, my approach encompasses techniques for assessment and treatment of the nervous system,

fascial and articular systems,

lymphatic, visceral and even vascular system.

In my unique assessment and treatment approach I strive to integrate the body and mind to its most functional sensory-motor organization

through gentle touch and movement.

It's kinda like a massage, but specifically applied for optimization of all your body systems, not just muscles.

It's also like a neurofunctional assessment, and you may learn quirks about your eyes and trigeminal or vagus nerve as a side note. You will also get homework of specific movements and exercises that will keep doing the magic for you between our visits.

Are you ready to experience a different approach

that can help you improve

relationship with your body?

Bring back ease?

Expand awareness of your amazing body?

Alrighty, let's get started!

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida since 2004, and I practiced massage and bodywork in Europe since 2000.

some of my certifications

  • Massage and Hydrotherapy - Florida School of Massage

  • Myofascial Therapist

  • Holistic Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner

  • Yamuna Body Rolling Practitioner

  • Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher - 200 hr

  • Joyessence Aromatherapist - 200 hr

  • I am also a certified dog trainer through Catch Canine Training Academy. Being a dog trainer has helped me in my work with humans, too. I know, I can hear you ask "how so?" Communication with the non-verbal species helped me listen to the nervous system through the tissues. I bet you know what I mean when I say that language can sometimes get in the way of getting to the information we are actually looking for. So yay for also being a trainer and behavior consultant for dogs : )

studies that inform my practice

  • 150+ hours in human anatomy dissection

  • 600+ hours in osteopathic manual therapy studies with the Barral and Upledger Institutes

  • 100+ hours in Masgutova Neuro-sensory-motor Reflex Integration with the Svetlana Masgutova Educational Institute

  • Ongoing mentorship in Applied Neurology with Missy Bunch since October 2024

  • Attending workshops across US and Europe learning about various massage and movement therapies, trauma informed practices, somatics, sensory integration, human psychology, anatomy, and early development
