How to order a CUSTOM MASK
Sizing your mask correctly
To make sure your mask fits you just right, measure your face in two places:

-
from upper middle of your nose, across the bony part to bottom of chin
-
from ear to ear (see pictures)

Manual Therapy &
NeuroSomatic Education
Dedicated to making you feel comfortable in your body
Therapy for both brain and body, my approach encompasses techniques for assessment and treatment of the nervous system,
fascial and articular systems,
lymphatic, visceral and vascular system.

In my unique assessment and treatment approach I strive to integrate the body and mind to its most functional sensory-motor organization
through gentle touch and movement.

It's kinda like a massage, but specifically applied for optimization of all your body systems, not just muscles.
It is also a neurofunctional assessment, and you may learn quirks about how your eyes and trigeminal or vagus nerve control your movement and pain. You will also get homework of specific movements and exercises that will keep doing the magic for you between our visits.

If you are ready to experience a different approach
that can help you improve
relationship with your body, return ease and
expand your awareness,

reach out and let's book a session!
